CrewGate: Vehicle Access Control
Take control of vehicle access, deliveries and site security
Vehicle access has long been one of the weakest points on a US construction site. Many jobsites still rely on wide-open gates, a single guard with a clipboard, or, at the other extreme, permanent access control infrastructure that has to be poured, wired, and ultimately demolished when the project ends.
CrewGate closes that gap. It's a low-voltage, modular vehicle access control system built specifically for the temporary, dynamic nature of construction. A climate-controlled guard booth pairs with one or two barrier arm pedestals to create a controlled, manned entry point that can be deployed on dirt, gravel or concrete, without permits, electricians, or heavy site preparation.
When your site logistics plan changes, CrewGate moves with it. Fork-liftable, reusable and ready out of the box, it's vehicle access control designed the way construction actually works.
How CrewGate works
CrewGate is a three-component system designed to ship, deploy and redeploy with minimal effort:
-
The guard booth (CrewGate 6x4 or 8x8) – A fully constructed, climate-controlled guard structure delivered ready to use. Ready for generator power.
-
Vehicle barrier pedestals (up to two per booth) – Pre-mounted on a metal skid with adjustable feet for leveling.
-
Low-voltage connection – Pedestals connect to an exterior outlet on the booth, designed to connect quickly and easily, so no electrician required.
The guard inside the booth controls the barrier arms electrically, creating a metered, deterrent-based access point. The ample cable length gives site teams the flexibility to position pedestals so vehicles can be turned around safely if access is denied, without backing up incoming traffic.
Built for construction jobsites
Most vehicle access control systems were designed for permanent buildings, fixed gates, concrete pads, hardwired panels, specialist installers. They don't fit the reality of a jobsite where the entry point may move from the east side to the north side as the build progresses.
CrewGate was purpose-built for that reality. It's modular, low-voltage and forklift-ready from day one. When the logistics plan changes, it moves. When the project ends, it doesn't have to be demolished, it ships to the next job.
It's also a foundation. The first release of CrewGate is an electrical-mechanical solution focused on simple, effective vehicle access. The platform is designed to layer in camera systems and additional monitoring as your site security needs grow.
