Biosite vs F.I.R.S.T Football team in charity tournament

Football fever was in full swing at Biosite HQ when 24 of our team donned their studs and shirts to take part in a charity tournament for F.I.R.S.T Team.

F.I.R.S.T Team is a volunteer-led initiative for people who have been supported by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Trust. Patients and former patients meet to play football in a friendly and relaxed environment. Sometimes this is the only activity they take part in and is a focal point of their week. F.I.R.S.T Team rely on donations to keep the club running and we are proud to have supported the team for the past three years with donations of funds and kit, as we have seen first-hand how much the sessions mean to everyone involved.

Now in its third year, the F.I.R.S.T vs Biosite football tournament has become a calendar highlight, both for Biosite and the F.I.R.S.T team, and it was great to see everyone dive/roll/slide right in and bring out that competitive spirit!

Congratulations to the Biosite Blue team for their win and well done to everyone who took part.
