We have always championed customer centricity and our ability to understand and solve our customer’s challenges. It is important to acknowledge that as we have grown as a business, so has the need to evolve how we keep our customers informed and included in our journey together. Our Customer Steering Group is just one part of that journey.
The Biosite Customer Steering Group initiative was conceived to encourage collaboration and alignment with our customers, to share updates and experiences in order to deliver the best possible experience.
It was a pleasure to host the second Biosite Customer Steering Group and have the opportunity to gather, engage and align with some of our customers on key product, service and industry developments.
This time we were close to home, with a tour of our training room and production facility, where the passion of our team was clear to see! We also focused in on our installation and implementation services, as part of the overall customer journey and experience at Biosite. The feedback and enthusiasm we received for our in-house capabilities and commitment to creating the most innovative and robust solutions for construction was particularly rewarding.
Thank you to our customers who once again truly embraced the day. We were blown away by the energy and collaborative discussion from everyone involved.
This initiative has become a real highlight for us as a team and for our customers, with our favourite bit being the open and collaborative feedback shared with us and peers in the room! Bring on the next one.
