Karen Sum has been appointed Managing Director of Biosite UK, a market leader in access control and workforce management software for the construction industry, as the company continues to deliver on its growth strategy.
Karen joins Biosite with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, she was Head of Global Account Management at GEZE, where she led a global department for key client account management, building business-wide processes to improve customer experience and profitability. Before that, she spent a number of years at Saint-Gobain Group, occupying various management roles in their contracting and distribution businesses.
At Biosite, Karen will be focused on driving commercial growth in the UK, with a clear aim of being customer-focused and delivering the best possible customer experience.
