Biosite are delighted to be supporting Wates’ 2 hour karting endurance charity event, which will take place at the world famous Buckmore Park Circuit in Kent on the evening of 21st September 2017.
Mike Bryant, Wates’ Framework Account Manager at Biosite (pictured left) comments, “This is another wonderful example of the Wates’ fundraising activities. We are looking forward to competing in what will be an enjoyable event, and of course delighted to support a worthwhile charity like Construct A Future.”
Construct A Future is a not for profit organisation that helps offenders and those at risk of offending find sustainable employment. Construct A Future predominately use the Wates supply chain and network of companies to help provide the opportunities.
Wates have invited selected companies in their suuply chain to enter teams, with the entry fee being donated to charity.
The event will comprise of a 2 hour Karting Endurance at the World Famous Buckmore Park Circuit in Kent and a buffet and hog roast.
Biosite will be holding a series qualifying races over the next few weeks to decide who will be representing Biosite and competing for the GOLD! We will of course report back with the results of the event!

Owned by John Surtees, Buckmore Park is a famous go-karting circuit situated in Chatham, Kent. It has been the proving ground for many now famous Formula One drivers such as three time world champion Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button.
