Marketing Manager

Biosite Systems Ltd is a rapidly growing technology company which is focused on providing biometric and construction site safety solutions to the UK market. Our industry leading products are manufactured in the UK and our recent success means that we need to further expand our production workforce.

Requirements

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to work from our Headquarters in Shirley, Birmingham. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and the delivery of marketing activities.

Duties include:

  • Creation and execution of lead generation campaigns,e- newsletters, case studies, PR
  • Social media management
  • Database management
  • Updating website via WordPress CMS
  • Other general marketing administrational duties
  • Collateral creation for internal and external use, including copy-writing
  • Working with external agencies when required
  • Provide marketing updates to Sales Team
  • Co-ordination and attendance of external events
  • Internal co-ordination & project management
  • Market and product research and analysis

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ service working for either an IT or Services based organisation
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Good knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Good communication Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team or alone
  • Good standard of organisation skills
